How long do custom orders usually take to create and ship out?: Depending on how intricate the design, generally 3 - 6 weeks, plus shipping time.
Are the windows just for hanging in an existing window?: No, our pieces can be hung or installed just about anywhere. In a door way, a picture frame, an existing window, on the wall, sitting on a table just about anywhere.
Can a stained glass window be installed within a fixed vinyl frame or even in my existing window sill?: Yes, we will work together to get the exact measurements so your window will fit perfectly.
Can you make your window with wood frames?: Yes, we can fit your window into a wood frame.
Can you insulate, triple glaze or seal the stained glass window with two pieces of tempered glass for extra insulation, protection and to meet city codes (if needed)?: Yes, this can be determined during our phone call.
How can I receive a fast quote for my particular project?: A phone conversation will be necessary to gather information for a price quote.
What is the metal brace bar on the back of some of the windows?: On large windows rebar is used to stabilize the window.
How thick is the stained glass window?: We use 1/8 inch glass inserted into a surrounding frame of 1/4 inch thick.
How much on average do you charge per square foot?: Square foot cost is determined on intricacy, colors and type of glass used. We can discus this more over the phone.
What forms of payment do you accept?: We are happy to accept PayPal, Checks, Cash, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Credit card payments may be made using PayPal.
How and where do you ship to?: Worldwide, you are responsible for insurance and shipping/handling costs.
Can you make windows that are shaped in such sizes as octagon, arch, trapezoid, round etc?: Absolutely. All our work is custom, so we are not locked into stock patterns or shapes.
Do you sell your patterns to others for their own personal projects?: No, at this time we are not selling our patterns for personal use.
